The Annex architectural style
The house you can see on the photo is located in the Annex neighbourhood, which is one of my favourite areas from my toronto mls listings , in downtown Toronto.
This neighbourhood has formed a unique style and it is actually one of Toronto’s premier neighbourhoods.
It is mainly quiet, tree lined one-way streets with beautiful Victorian and Edwardian homes and mansions, most of them built between 1880 and the early 1900s.
It borders the University of Toronto and has traditionally been home to many of the university’s faculty, as well as housing the university’s student body.
Its residents range from university students to long-time residents, including well-established and wealthy families
